1. Donations & Services

"All donations and payments made on karma.spritual.org to Supreme 30 Trust are voluntary. Once a donation or fee is successfully processed through the payment gateway, it cannot be canceled or refunded under normal circumstances."

This policy applies to all donations, service fees, membership fees, course fees, and any other payments made on this portal. Since all contributions are voluntary and used exclusively for charitable purposes, once the transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed.

2. Failed / Duplicate Transactions

"In case of any technical error, duplicate deduction, or payment failure where the amount was debited but transaction failed, the excess amount will be refunded back to the original payment source within 5–7 working days."

If you experience any of the following situations, please contact us immediately:

• Amount debited but no transaction confirmation received.
• Duplicate deduction for a single transaction.
• Payment failed on Razorpay side but amount was still debited from your account.
• Transaction was not processed but funds were withheld.

To report a failed or duplicate transaction, please provide:

• Transaction ID / Razorpay Payment ID
• Order ID (if available)
• Date and approximate time of transaction
• Amount deducted
• Screenshot of the transaction (if available)

4. Razorpay Compliance

As per Razorpay's mandatory policy for NGO/Trust accounts, the following must be explicitly stated:

• All donations and payments are voluntary.
• Once a payment is processed through the payment gateway, it cannot be canceled or refunded under normal circumstances.
• In case of technical errors or duplicate deductions, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• All refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment source only.
